Dani Arthur’s passion for the forest started back when she was a little girl. Her grandpa would take her on plant and mushroom walks deep into the woods. She has a very beloved (new and old) mushroom book collection and loves spending time gaining deeper knowledge about the Fungi Kingdom. Dani has a persistent curiosity about everything she discovers in the woods and this is where she feels most at home.

She is also an avid wild food forager. She and her husband incorporate wild herbs and mushrooms into their daily diet and enjoy sharing recipes. Dani especially enjoys creating wild foraged medicinal remedies, mushroom herbal teas and mushroom sourdough bread.
Dani runs a wild foraging YouTube channel called Mushy Dani (formerly Everywitch Way) where she takes the viewer along on mushroom and plants walks, and cooks wild foraged meals.
Dani is a former board member/VP of WMS in 2022-2023.
Dani currently works remotely in the medical field as a Manager of Purchasing for a large Dermatology chain, organizing the set up of new clinics and negotiating hundreds of contracts for over 300 clinics across the US.
